Som-hi!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A casa, els panellets sempre els havia fet la meva \u00e0via, l&#8217;Abue. Els brodava. Els seus, eren uns panellets cl\u00e0ssics, d&#8217;ametlla i de pinyons; l&#8217;\u00fanica llic\u00e8ncia que es permetia en el gust eren els panellets de coco. N&#8217;he tastat d&#8217;igual de bons, per\u00f2 mai de millors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ara, les encarregades de continuar aquesta tradici\u00f3 tan nostrada som la meva mare i jo, amb l&#8217;ajut d&#8217;algun personatget que tamb\u00e9 hi vol posar les mans. Ens ha costat algun any, despr\u00e9s que l&#8217;Abue ja no els pogu\u00e9s fer, arribar a trobar la proporci\u00f3 adequada d&#8217;ou i la temperatura i temps de cocci\u00f3 adequats. Ten\u00edem la seva recepta, per\u00f2 encara no sabem per qu\u00e8, no ens acabava de funcionar. Finalment, despr\u00e9s d&#8217;unes quantes proves, podem dir que ho hem aconseguit i podem tornar a gaudir d&#8217;aquells panellets inoblidables. Deixeu reposar la massa 24 hores a la nevera, ben tapada perqu\u00e8 no es ressequi. Si no teniu temps, podeu passar a fer els panellets directament.<\/p>\n<p>5. Agafeu un grapat de pinyons i feu rodar la porci\u00f3 de massa entre les mans perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;hi enganxin els pinyons. Per als panellets amb ametlla, agafeu porcions de massa d&#8217;uns 25g. Poseu-los en una safata de forn untada d&#8217;oli.<\/p>\n<p>9. Preescalfeu el forn a 230\u00ba. Coeu els panellets, a mitja al\u00e7ada, entre 6 i 8 minuts o fins que agafin color.
